The New York State Political Science Association is always looking forward to new sites throughout the State of New York. Following are some of the possible sites in the years to come:

Our expectations:
Clean meeting spaces, with accessible technology
Easily accessible parking
Accessible contact person leading up to and during the conference
Our hopes:
Low or no cost fees for use of facilities
Reasonable pricing from campus catering
Low or no cost printing for our program
Our obligations:
Free conference registration for members of the host community
(we will request that faculty members become members for a small fee)
We will, if necessary, obtain event liability insurance
Pay all bills for facility rental (if any) and catering by the start of the conference
